Wake Up Call Photography Book Prize It’s About Excellence Members Success Opportunities for Artists Miscellaneous  | “It’s About Excellence” The 9th Annual Juried American Arts & Crafts Fair, “It’s About Excellence,” will be held Sept.19th, 2004. This very upscale fair is held on five historic blocks on Bleeker Street in west Greenwich Village. All work must be original and made in the USA predominantly by the crafter or artist. Art work on paper must be archival or carry a disclaimer. All vendors should have a NY Tax ID# and NYC Vendor Permits. If you don’t yet have these, phone 800 Call TAX and 212-487-4082. To enter send 4 to 6 slides or photos with a non-refundable $20 application fee and a separate check for space rental. Spaces are rented in 2 ft. wide increments with a minimum width size. Space may be shared for an additional fee. The Admissions Jury looks for technical excellence in crafts therefore a close up view of at least one piece is appreciated. Several NYC gallery owners review fine art submissions. Jurying will take place the month of August. Results will be annnounced by the first week of Sept.
